A typical tico house, set on 1.6 acres amongst fruit trees surrounded nature.  There are lots of animals, birds and wildlife at this property so sit back and enjoy the peace, tranquillity and views!

Located in a remote, rural location, a vehicle is required to access the property. It is a 20-30 minute drive to either of 2 local villages (Carmona or Hojancha), and about a 45-minute drive from the centre of Nicoya.
